Does that help To check if it isn't a number, you need to use the isNaN() method. It checks if it is Not A Number. So your code can be changed to this:
code :
arrayfunction = () => {

  var numbers = [1, 2, 5, 7, 14];
  var text = document.getElementById('text').value;

  if (isNaN(text)) {
    console.log(numbers);

  }
  if (text === "1") {
    console.log(numbers.reverse()); //function 2
  }
  if (text === "2") {
    console.log(numbers.splice(1, 3)) // function 3
  }
  if (text === "0") { //function 4
    for (var i = 0; i < numbers.length; i++) {
      numbers[i] = numbers[i] * 2;
    }
    console.log(numbers);
  }

}
<input type="text" id="text" onchange="arrayfunction(this.value)">

I wish this helpful for you I have a little form with three checkbox and one of them is attached to an 'input number' and if the checkbox is checked is takes the number and calls a function. , The way to deactivate the 'enter -> submit':
code :
        $("#formID").submit(function() {
            return false;
        });
        $("#InputID").keyup(function (e) {
            if (e.keyCode == 13) {
                redraw();
            }
        });
In my code in while loop when the input number is negative I want to prompt the user again to enter the number, but I go

              if(numbers[0] != '2' || numbers.length > 8){
                $(this).val('');
                $('.error').html("Error the input has to start with number 2 and has to be lesser than 8 numbers");
              }else{
                $('.error').html("Good");

I think the issue was by ths following , If you are going use standard form fields as the user interface, I would probably go with a multi-select box that lists A1,A2,A3... B1,B2... etc This will keep the UX pretty simple and intuitive, specifically while selecting neighboring seats in a row.
Alternatively, you would really pretty-up your interface to lay the seat map from your other question and over a series of cleverly-positioned checkboxes. This will require more careful development when designing across many devices and browsers.

it helps some times I'm having problems with ng-pattern-restrict I have an input number field with ng-pattern-restrict = "^. {0,13}? $" But when I wanted to enter a negative number, I tried two ways:
code :
angular.module('testApp', ['ngPatternRestrict'])
  .controller('TestCtrl', function(){
    console.log('testing')
  })
<script src="https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/angularjs/1.6.7/angular.min.js"></script>

<script
src="https://cdn.rawgit.com/AlphaGit/ng-pattern-restrict/cb7ba5dd/src/ng-pattern-restrict.js">
</script>
<div ng-app="testApp" ng-controller="TestCtrl as tc">
  <input type="text" ng-model="tc.data" ng-pattern-restrict="^\-?\d{0,13}?$"/>

  {{tc.data}}
</div>
