this will help You always get 1 because you always start from the beginning of the string. The indexOf method accepts a second parameter (optional) called 'fromIndex' which indicates the index to start the search at. So in my method below, I keep track of the last index of mango found 'lastIndexOf' and start from there the next time.
code :
   let mots = $(".my_div").html().replace(/(<[^>]*>)|(&[^;]*;)/gi, ' ').split(' ');
   mots = mots.filter( function(val){return val !== ''} );
   var i;
   // Keep track of the last index
   var lastIndexOf = 0;
   for (i = 0; i < mots.length; ++i) {
     if (mots[i] == "mango") {
       // Start searching from last index +1
       lastIndexOf = $(".my_div").html().indexOf(mots[i], lastIndexOf+1);
<script src="https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/jquery/3.3.1/jquery.min.js"></script>
<div contenteditable='true' class="my_div"> mango banana jus mango <b>orange<b/></div>

it helps some times I'd like to find the location in a string for certain characters such as "FC" or "FL". For single case like FC, I used the find() function to return the index of the characters in a string, as below. ,
Each line will include either "FC" or "FL" but not both.
code :
location = max(line.find(sub) for sub in ("FC", "FL"))
location = max(map(line.find, ("FC", "FL")))

will help you I am trying to write a function with a string as a parameter, and the output should be the same string with each character repeated as many times as the character's index, with capitalizing the first letter. , In functional style (thanks to @Redu for the comment):
code :
const accum = (s) => Array.from(
    (c, i) => `${c.toLocaleUpperCase()}${c.repeat(i)}`

function accum(s) {
  var strSplit = s.toLowerCase().split('');

  var newArr = strSplit.map((element, i) =>

  console.log("the new Arr is: "+newArr.join('-'));
  return newArr.join('-');

hope this fix your issue I´m new to vue and have to send a form. The backend is giving me a number on how many strings my members array has to contain. Each string contains firstName and lastName (e.g ["Peter Becker", "Henry White"]). Therefore the UI has to have two inputs. My form looks like this , This should work.
code :
array.push(`${this.form.firstName}` `${this.form.lastName}`)
