Data attribute only returning first value

Data attribute only returning first value

like below fixes the issue In your current code, you are trying to get data attribute from the entire collection so it will return the data attribute value of the first element among the collection.
In addition to that use class for a group of elements instead of the id(id should be unique in the context - $("#tesq") will select only the first element).
code :
 <ul class="menu">
    <?php foreach($page->children() as $subpage): ?>
      <li class="tesq" data-color="<?= $subpage->color() ?>">
        <a href="<?= $subpage->url() ?>">
          <?= html($subpage->title()) ?></a>
      </li>
    <?php endforeach ?>
  </ul>
 $(function() {
    $('.tesq').hover(function() {
        var $this = $(this);
        $("body").css('backgroundColor', function () {
          return $this.data('color')
        });
    }, function() {
        $("body").css('backgroundColor', 'lightgrey')
    });
  })
 $(function() {
    $('.tesq').hover(function() {
        $("body").css('backgroundColor', $(this).data('color'));
    }, function() {
        $("body").css('backgroundColor', 'lightgrey')
    });
  })

Issue with Core Data attribute returning 0

Issue with Core Data attribute returning 0

it fixes the issue The most likely explanation is that you have a mismatch between the object classes returned by the dictionary and the objects expected by the entity. E.g. noteUpdated is supposed to be a date but there is nothing in the code that enforces that. If you try to set a date using a string value it cannot parse, the date may report a value of zero. You should check the classes returned by the dictionaries to see if they are appropriate for the attributes they are assigned to.
Also, this use of description is unnecessary:
code :
NSLog(@"%@",[[managedObject valueForKey:@"title"] description]);
NSLog(@"%@",[managedObject valueForKey:@"title"]);
NSLog(@"%@",manageObject);

I wish this help you You need to use the data() function, such as:
You need $(this).data("url");
code :
$('a.Test').click(function (e) {
  var url = $(this).data("url");
  jQuery.support.cors = true;
  $.ajax({
    url: url,
    type: 'GET',
    dataType: 'json',
    success: function (data) {
      alert(data)
    },
    error: function () {
      alert("Failure!");
    }
  });

I wish did fix the issue. filtername is attribute of i tag in li.
You need to select i tag :
code :
$(document).on('click', '#sau-filter-tags ul li i', function(event) {
  var text = $(this).text();
  var filterName = $(this).data('filtername');
  console.log(filterName); //Undefined
});
