should help you out It's hard to compare semantics in the void. (What other languages do you mean?) A "module" might be analogous to a Java class, or a Java package, or something else entirely, depending on that other language. Typically since "modules" tend to be from procedural languages, I'd lean toward saying Java class, but I think the line is very fuzzy at that point and you could argue package quite convincingly.

I wish did fix the issue. Welcome to parallel programming. You may want to peruse the vignette of the excellent parallel package that comes with R as it gives a general introduction. It also gives you an idea of what you can or cannot do on Windows -- in short, PVM and MPI are standard parallel programming approaches supported by namesake libraries. These exists on Windows, but are less frequently used and often not as mature as their Unix counterparts.
If you want to stick with snow, your options are essentially limited to SOCK types clusters. Again, the package documentation will have pointers.

This might help you Yes. It used to start out with package, but later I realized this was an obstacle when porting Haskell code which uses module. Hence I added module, and thus currently module and package are the same keyword, just spelled differently.
But the intention is, of course, to retire package sooner or later. So my advice would be to use module only.

I wish did fix the issue. install eslint-import-resolver-webpack as a dev-dependency https://github.com/benmosher/eslint-plugin-import/tree/master/resolvers/webpack Update your settings in your .eslintrc
code :
  "parser": "babel-eslint",
  "extends": [
  "plugins": ["react"],

  "settings": {
    "import/resolver": {
      "webpack": {
        "config": {
          "resolve": {
            "modules": ["node_modules"]

Does that help Because Sedan is package-private, you need to call myConstructor.setAccessible(true).
opens is what allows to you to call setAccessible, it doesn't eliminate the need for the call.
