C# error cannot convert sytem.text.regularexpressions.match to string

I wish did fix the issue. Regex.Match returns a Match object; you need to call .Value on the returned Match object to get the matched substring.
e.g.:
code :

I wish this help you Property Value has type of string. So, you need either assign result of Regex.Match method to your Match object, and then write it's Value to console
code :
Match output = Regex.Match(input, @"gwtHash:""(.*?)""");
Console.WriteLine(output.Value);
string output = Regex.Match(input, @"gwtHash:""(.*?)""").Value;
Console.WriteLine(output);
Match output = Regex.Match(input, @"gwtHash:""(.*?)""");
if (output.Success)
    Console.WriteLine(output.Groups[1].Value);

I hope this helps you . Your code is mostly fine. You are not testing for the possibility that the Na column is NULL. Perhaps your source data doesn't allow for nulls and thus, no need to test.
You can improve your performance by scoping the Regex at the member level and instantiate it in your PreExecute method but that's just a performance thing. Has no bearing on the error message you are receiving.
code :
SELECT
    D.Na
,   CAST(D.Na AS text) AS Agency_Names
FROM
(
SELECT 'Hello world' AS Na
UNION ALL SELECT 'man~ana'
UNION ALL SELECT 'p@$$word!'
UNION ALL SELECT NULL
) D (Na);
public class ScriptMain : UserComponent
{

    string toreplace = "[~!@#$%^&*()_+`{};':,./<>?]";
    string replacewith = "";

    public override void Input0_ProcessInputRow(Input0Buffer Row)
    {
        Regex reg = new Regex(toreplace);

        // Test for nulls otherwise Replace will blow up
        if (!Row.Na_IsNull)
        {
            Row.NaN = reg.Replace(Row.Na, replacewith);
        }
        else
        {
            Row.NaN_IsNull = true;
        }

        if (!Row.AgencyNames_IsNull)
        {
            Row.AgencyNamesCleaned = reg.Replace(Row.AgencyNames, replacewith);
        }
        else
        {
            Row.AgencyNamesCleaned_IsNull = true;
        }
    }

}
    public String Na
    {
        get
        {
            return Buffer.GetString(BufferColumnIndexes[0]);
        }
    }
    public bool Na_IsNull
    {
        get
        {
            return IsNull(0);
        }
    }

With these it helps First, lets convert System::String to char*
IntPtr p = Marshal::StringToHGlobalAnsi(progID); char *pNewCharStr = static_cast(p.ToPointer());
xbuild with [System.Text.RegularExpressions.Regex]::Match(string,string) parameters doesn't work properly (MSBuild is fi

this will help I needed to circumvent Match() because it seems to be bugged at this point. The ugly solution I came up with was to use Exec and grep the pattern like:
code :
 <Exec Command="grep -o -P '[0-9]+[.][0-9]+[.][0-9]+' $(MyDir)GetStuff.Data.proj > extractedRevisionNumber.tmp" Condition="$(OSTYPE.Contains('linux'))"/>
    <ReadLinesFromFile File="$(ComponentRootDir)extractedRevisionNumber.tmp" Condition="$(OSTYPE.Contains('linux'))">
        <Output TaskParameter="Lines" ItemName="GetExtractedRevisionNumber" />
    </ReadLinesFromFile>
Powershell - Export-Csv prints "System.Text.RegularExpressions.Match[]" instead of the match

this one helps. Matches is a collection, but you can't use Matches[0] in Select-Object because it's not the name of a property. Use a calculated property to get values from a property that holds a collection.
If you just want the first match you can use something like this:
code :
select Path, @{n='Matches';e={$_.Matches[0].Value}}, FileName, LineNumber, Line
select Path, @{n='Matches';e={$_.Matches.Groups.Value -join '|'}}, FileName,
       LineNumber, Line
ForEach-Object {
  foreach ($ip in $_.Matches.Groups.Value) {
    New-Object -Type PSObject -Property @{
      Path       = $_.Path
      Match      = $ip
      FileName   = $_.FileName
      LineNumber = $_.LineNumber
      Line       = $_.Line
    }
  }
