it fixes the issue I don't think there's a built-in "load" event that's fired when all the resources requested by the dynamically added elements are finished loading.
You can probably implement this though if you're sufficiently motivated.

wish helps you You can use DOM Mutation Observers
It will notify you every time the dom changes, e.g. when a new div is inserted into the target div or page.
code :
// select the target node
var target = document.querySelector('#some-id');

// create an observer instance
var observer = new MutationObserver(function(mutations) {
  mutations.forEach(function(mutation) {

// configuration of the observer:
var config = { attributes: true, childList: true, characterData: true }

// pass in the target node, as well as the observer options
observer.observe(target, config);

// later, you can stop observing

around this issue I am on Chrome. I went to the URL you listed, typed a bunch of 5s in the box, and opened a console window (Note, the input is highlighted so $0 is the input box):
code :
$($0).val(); // 55555555555
$($0).data().inputmask.autoUnmask = false;
$($0).val(); // +555-55-55-5555;

I wish did fix the issue. I think what you try to achieve is [label][input] in this case you have to add 2 new more elements on page.
code :
function addElements()
    container = document.getElementById("duration"); //a div container
    var label1 = document.createElement("label");
    var input1 = document.createElement("input");
    var label2 = document.createElement("label");
    var input2 = document.createElement("input");
    input1.type = "number";
    input1.min = "0";
    input1.max = "10";
    input1.required = true;
    label1.innerHTML = "years";
    input2.type = "number";
    input2.min = "0";
    input2.max = "12";
    input2.required = true;
    label2.innerHTML = "months";

<div id="duration" />

To fix the issue you can do input elements don't contain HTML. They have values.
No, you don't need to refresh anything, the change should show up as soon as the JavaScript finishes running (e.g., the event handler completes) and the browser has a moment to update the display. If you're doing this in a tight loop or something, you won't see the results until the end of the loop, but I didn't immediately get the sense that was what you were doing — unless you're single-stepping through the code in the dev tools? You won't see the refresh as you're single-stepping.
