Any of those help I think that using Angular is a good solution, I am working in a very big project, that manage a lot of data and angular is working perfectly.
There are a lot of advantages of using Angular. However, I think that it depends on your needs, if you don't need a rich experience of user, maybe you can select other option different from a SPA that could be faster, if you don’t have experience developing a SPA..

Is modeling a database model a good approach for designing complex and large enterprise application?

Is modeling a database model a good approach for designing complex and large enterprise application?

help you fix your problem The broad overall approach I always try to follow is to begin by designing the domain models. This is your "ubiquitous language" which will define business objects and concepts, contain business logic (later on, when you have it), and generally be the common language used throughout the various parts of the system.
The idea is that it should be understood (or at least understandable) by everyone involved. For example, some manager in some other department isn't necessarily going to understand relational databases or anything about persisting his department's data therein. But he does understand the business process of his department. Their vernacular, their concepts, their interactions, etc. The ubiquitous language is the common ground the groups share.

Large Enterprise Java Application - Modularization

Large Enterprise Java Application - Modularization

Does that help The key aspect of modularity is that your module knows as little as is humanly possible so that it can be reused in many different contexts. Bugs only occur when an assumption is violated, minimizing the assumptions is the biggest bug killer. OSGi provides tools like µservices that are very good in allowing assumptions to remain local.
Your layout looks very much like a web project, which imho is wrong since most code we have to develop ourselves should be independent of the technology used to present it. All this technology is likely to change in the near future since web applications are shifting rapidly to the browser, browsers are becoming fat clients again. I.e. the very modern REST interfaces already feel very old fashioned if you see what pure messaging is doing. All this volatility means that you want to make your modules as decoupled as possible.
