How to compare resultsets of two different databases?

I hope this helps . ResultSet is a subclass of Object ultimately and we can compare two or more objects directly. A little specific to your question:
code :
ResultSet rs=st.executeQuery(sql1);
ResultSet rs1=st.executeQuery(sql2);
while(rs.next() && rs1.next()){
         int a=rs.next();
         int b=rs1.next();
         if(a==b){
              System.out.println("Compairing two ResultSets");
         }
     }

this will help I'm working on a employee booking application. I've got two different entities Projects and Users that are both assigned a variable number of Skills.
code :
SELECT  *
FROM    Users u
WHERE   NOT EXISTS
        (
        SELECT  NULL
        FROM    ProjectSkill ps
        WHERE   ps.pk_project = @someid
                AND NOT EXISTS
                (
                SELECT  NULL
                FROM    UserSkills us
                WHERE   us.fk_user = u.id
                        AND us.fk_skill = ps.fk_skill
                )
        )

fixed the issue. Will look into that further You can simply loop your first set then compare the elements to the second:
code :
$set1 = collect([...]); // Contents omitted for brevity
$set2 = collect([...]); // Contents omitted for brevity

$diff = [];

$set1->each(function($item, $key) {
    $exists = $set2->where(...)->first(); // Where clause omitted for brevity
    if($exists) {
        array_push($diff, $item);
    }
});

dd($diff); // Will contain the items of $set1 that don't exist in $set2
stored procedure returns multiple resultsets but number of resultsets are not fixed

wish help you to fix your issue The NextResult() method returns true if there are more result sets - check that before making your next read

wish help you to fix your issue Here are several approaches i can think of :
Solve it through SQL statement IN and NOT IN Java's Set has several built-in method like containsAll(Collection), retainAll(Collection), removeAll(Collection). You can employ them solve your problem

To fix this issue Your entire approach is founded on a fallacy. You are using a single connection to execute multiple queries. The database server will therefore sequentialize all the data returned, in the order the queries were executed. Using multiple threads to process a single stream doesn't begin to make sense.
You're also never closing the statements or the connection.
